This position requires a TEAM ORIENTED personality to manage customer interactions, reports, and oversee service technicians and admin TEAM.
The SERVICE MANAGER ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and service technician / admin TEAM members.
The PRIMARY functions of the role are to SUPERVISE and LEAD all maintenance processes and operations to ensure optimal customer service.
PROBLEM SOLVING and COMMUNICATION SKILLS are a must to ensure department ACCOUNTABILITY.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years previous Service Department Management experience and previous supervisory experience.
Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department Operations Turf/Ag equipment experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Must be computer savvy.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Must be proficient with Internet applications Must have proficient oral and written skills Must have a HS Diploma or GED / College degree preferred Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.
