00pm Did Someone Say Time to Play! This adorable Columbus family's ideal nanny would be very loving and energetic! They would love to find someone who can facilitate bath time routines, assist with meal preparation, and keep their sweet kiddos engaged by organizing fun and creative learning activities! 3 year old boy:
He is shy at first when meeting new people, but once he gets to know you, he is very silly and outgoing and loves to chat! He relates better to adults than he does to his peers.
He attends preschool, and he is very bright for his age, though he does have a slight speech delay.
The family would love for the nanny to help him further develop his language skills! He is a very good eater and is very open to trying new foods! He usually takes a nap in the late morning or early afternoon.
He does not have a set schedule but will usually go down for a nap anywhere between 12:
00pm and 1:
30pm.
He is allergic to eggs but does not have any other allergies or health concerns! He has a slight speech delay and the family just recently started potty training.
1 year old boy:
He is generally very outgoing when meeting new people and does not show any signs of stranger danger.
The family would love for the nanny to focus on interactive play to help him continue to learn, grow, and meet all his developmental milestones! He loves his formula and is very open to trying new baby purees! He usually goes down for a nap between 11:
00am and 12:
00pm and will sleep anywhere from 1 to 3 hours! He does not have any known allergies or health concerns! He can say a few basic words but is still mostly babbling.
He is very close to walking! Schedule:
Ideally, the family would like the nanny to start as soon as possible! Mom or grandparent will be providing training! The family would like the nanny to have the flexibility to occasionally come 30 minutes early or stay 30 minutes late as needed! The family will be paying in cash.
Mom will be working from home on Wednesdays.
The family may request that the nanny travel with them in the future, though this will never be a requirement! There will be very little driving needed, though they would like the nanny to have their own reliable vehicle and will offer gas reimbursement for any driving done while on duty.

They would love to find an energetic and compassionate nanny who will engage in interactive learning activities, assist with bath time and meal prep, and help keep play areas tidy! Requirements:
Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.
Must have 3 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
Must have a driver's license and a good driving record.
Must have a reliable vehicle for the position.
